- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've visited three times. Timely admission, received proper diagnosis and efficacious treatment. However, each time it has been a physician's assistant, albeit competent, never a MD or even a hint of a MD being on site beyond a wall handing. For such, I've received bills hovering above and slightly beneath $200. For no MD attending zero out of three visits, I could have received identical care at a CVS Minute Clinic for a fraction of the cost, but that was not my intent. I'm willing to pay doctor's rates, but for a real doctor. I'm moving to a practice in Oak Ridge that my wife discovered -- MD each and every visit. Even if I visited a fourth time and by nonce and happenstance saw a real doctor, it would only be 1:4 odds of a real physician. Sorry, not "Family Practice Physician" as advertised.July 14, 2017by Ed NC
